To The T Auto Detailing ("we," "us," or "our") operates www.tothetautodetailingnj.com (the "Site") and provides mobile auto detailing services in South Jersey. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to information you submit through our ads and forms on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

1. Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you choose to give us:

  • Quote requests. When you request a quote through our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details, the service you are interested in, and any notes you add.
  • Newsletter signups. When you subscribe to our blog newsletter, we collect your email address.
  • Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. If you submit your contact information through one of our ads or lead forms on Meta platforms, we receive that information and handle it under this policy.
  • Direct contact. If you call, text, or email us, we keep the information you share so we can respond and schedule your service.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect some information using cookies and similar technologies:

  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring pages, and interactions such as which blog posts and services you view.
  • Advertising tools. We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools.   • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address and request details for security and reliability.

  • Resend delivers our emails, including quote request notifications and the newsletter.
  • Vercel hosts the Site.
  • Google provides analytics as described above.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) provides advertising and measurement tools as described above. Meta processes some of this data under its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a sale of the business.

We keep quote requests and customer communications as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings and is not tied to your name.

The Site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data. We do not collect or store payment card details through the Site.
