Welcome to To The T Auto Detailing ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.tothetautodetailingnj.com (the "Site") and the mobile auto detailing services we provide. By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide mobile auto detailing, including exterior washes, interior/exterior detailing packages, machine polishing, paint correction, and System X ceramic coatings, performed at your home, workplace, or other agreed location within our South Jersey service area.

2. Booking and Scheduling

You can request a quote or book a service through our website contact form, by text, by phone, or through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram. We'll confirm pricing and scheduling directly with you before your appointment. Prices listed on the Site are starting prices for the described vehicle size and condition; ceramic coating and paint correction pricing is confirmed after we review photos or inspect the vehicle in person, since final pricing depends on paint condition and the level of correction needed.

3. Pricing and Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service and may be made by card, cash, or supported payment apps. We do not store your payment card information. Quoted prices are based on the information and photos you provide; if a vehicle's actual condition differs significantly from what was described (for example, excessive pet hair, mold, or biohazard contamination), we may adjust the price and will let you know before continuing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to offer future priority scheduling.

5. Vehicle Access and Condition

Because we come to you, you're responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicle along with access to water and power where required for the service booked. Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before your appointment; we are not responsible for personal items left inside. Let us know about any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or paint issues before we begin.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile number through our booking form, contact form, or a Facebook/Instagram lead form, you agree to receive text messages from To The T Auto Detailing related to your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service follow-up.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information collected through text messaging.

7. Limitation of Liability

We carry general liability insurance for the work we perform on customer vehicles and property. That said, to the fullest extent permitted by law, To The T Auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear revealed during cleaning, or issues arising from conditions not disclosed to us before service (such as previously repaired paint, aftermarket coatings, or hidden mechanical issues). Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

8. Website Content

All content on the Site, including text, photos, and branding, is owned by To The T Auto Detailing or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date above. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
